Day 10

Feeling super frustrated, it seems like my weight isn't decreasing; like it's plateaued. Which is super frustrating because I have been eating less and working out way harder this week and last week. Yarrrgh! Meals: Almond hot chocolate, carrots, banana, whole wheat bagel, grilled chicken nachos. Exercise: 300 crunches, 100 push ups, 1 hr dance & free weights.

Day 9

Down to 35 inches on my waist. Meals: banana, almond milk hot chocolate, carrots, Ernie's champ, protein shake, and horchata.
Exercise: 1 hr free weights & dance practice, 300 crunches, 100 push ups.

Day 8

Meals: almond hot chocolate, carrots, bananas, protein shake, whole wheat bagel w/ cheese.
Exercise: 100 push ups, 300 crunches, 1 hr. dance practice 

Also, 2 lbs down!

Meals: 1 cup tomato soup, whole wheat quesadilla, carrots, protein shake. Exercise: Shaun T Fat Burning Cardio, 200 crunches, 100 push ups, Dance Practice 20 minutes.
