Feeling super frustrated, it seems like my weight isn't decreasing; like it's plateaued. Which is super frustrating because I have been eating less and working out way harder this week and last week. Yarrrgh! Meals: Almond hot chocolate, carrots, banana, whole wheat bagel, grilled chicken nachos. Exercise: 300 crunches, 100 push ups, 1 hr dance & free weights.
