Day 1
This my new fitness/exercise journal....Hopefully if will keep me on track!
Day 1: Protein shake, whole wheat bagel & carrots, oatmeal w/ almond milk, whole wheat quesadilla.
Workout: 50 push-ups, 100 crunches, 25 minutes of Step Up Dance Workout.
