Day 3

Bleh it was a hard, hard day! I was soooooo hungry! Meals: Oatmeal w/ almond milk, carrots & whole wheat bagel, ovaltine, protein shake, whole wheat quesadilla, and coconut water. 
Exercise: 20 push ups, 45 min total body burn (Shawn T, Hip-hop Abs)
