I was bad and let myself eat the rest of my birthday pie, I didn't want it to get thrown out :S
Meals: oatmeal & banana, carrots, almonds, whole wheat quesadilla, malt ball pie, protein shake.
Exercise: 100 crunches, Shaun T Cardio Groove (40 mins)
