Day 4

Today was not nearly as hard as yesterday; thank goodness! Oh and my starting waist is 37 inches. Meals: Egg Omelet, almonds & green goodness, whole wheat bagel with cheese (x2), carrots, protein shake. 
Exercise: 40 push ups, 30 minutes walking, Hip Hop Abs Fat-Burning cardio (30 mins), 20 minutes dance practice.
