Day 2

So I am thinking I will try and keep this up for 30 days...maybe I will keep going, if I'm still alive at the end :P. Today's meals : Oatmeal w/honey, whole wheat bagel and bolt house farms berry boost, carrots, protein shake, whole wheat quesadilla.
Exercise: Shawn T Hip-Hop Abs Cardio 1

I will try and post a starting picture and inches this week too...
